A centre of excellence in Physiotherapy and Pilates at Albyn Terrace in Aberdeen

The start of May saw us close the doors on our Cults Studio for the last time - as of now, all physiotherapy, Mummy MOTs, pre and post natal physio and Reformer Pilates classes will be at our Albyn Terrace Studio & Clinic in Aberdeen.
 

As the business owner who has done the risk assessment, checked the financials and brought the team on board; I know this is the best kind of evolution for us and allows us to prioritise quality and delivery, strengthen the future of the business and the services we offer and bring our team of physiotherapy and pilates instructors under one roof.
 

BUT, without the Cults Studio we wouldn’t the business we are today and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that. When I first picked up the keys to Cults, my daughter was in Primary 1 and my son was in nursery. Now, she’s preparing for secondary school and he's in Primary 5. My family and my business have grown up within those walls and Cults was the launchpad that allowed us to grow. Being Aberdeen’s first Reformer Pilates studio back in 2021 was no easy feat! But, I’ve realised that a business isn't the building, it's the ethos, values and people and I truly thankful for the clients, patients, team, community who have been part of ReformPhysio & Pilates from the very beginning and now as we grow again. Thank you for proving it’s the quality and community that matter, not the postcode.
