What Physiotherapy care can private health access?

At Reform Physio & Pilates in Aberdeen, patients using private health insurance, including Bupa, can access a wide range of expert physiotherapy services, including specialist pelvic health physiotherapy.

Our private physiotherapy care covers:

  • Musculoskeletal physiotherapy for back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and sports injuries, including in children and adolescents
  • Pelvic health physiotherapy, including antenatal, postnatal and chronic pelvic pain
  • Pre and Post-operative rehabilitation (Orthopaedic or, general surgical or gynaecological)
  • Clinical Pilates-led rehabilitation programmes to improve strength, mobility and prevent future injuries

Each treatment begins with a thorough physiotherapy assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms. We then create a personalised plan combining hands-on physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and education to help you recover effectively and safely.
