Our Intermediate Reformer Pilates classes at ReformPhysio & Pilates in Aberdeen are designed for those who have developed a solid foundation in Pilates movement and control through our Level 1 or Beginners classes.
These classes deliver a dynamic, full-body workout on the Pilates Reformer, incorporating a wider range of exercises and more fluid transitions between movements. With a slightly faster pace and layered progressions, you’ll continue to build strength, stamina, coordination, and poise, while challenging your body in new ways.
