Our Postnatal Reformer Pilates classes at ReformPhysio & Pilates in Aberdeen are designed to help you effectively regain core and pelvic floor strength after childbirth. These small-group sessions provide a supportive environment to help you rebuild stability, improve posture, and ease back into exercise while adapting to the physical demands of caring for a new baby.

The Pilates Reformer offers the ideal way to start exercising postnatally. The springs and pulleys allow resistance or assistance during movement, supporting gradual recovery while rebuilding body awareness and muscle strength.

We offer baby-friendly classes at our Cults studio, where your baby is welcome to join you, and baby-free classes at our Albyn studio, perfect for enjoying some well-deserved me time if childcare is available.

These Postnatal Pilates classes are suitable from around 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 10 weeks after a caesarean.
